Return Eligibility
Products may be eligible for return if:
- The item received is damaged or defective.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, customers must provide the order number and proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Prescription eyeglasses made according to customer-provided prescriptions.
- Customized or personalized eyewear.
- Contact lenses with opened or damaged packaging.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Images of the packaging (if applicable)
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact our customer support team.
- Share your order details and reason for return.
- Wait for return approval and instructions.
- Ship the product back in its original packaging.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Exchange Policy

Cancellation Policy

Orders for prescription or customized eyewear may not be cancelled once production has started.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Shipping Charges
- Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error, damaged products, or incorrect deliveries.
