Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of their order before it has been processed or shipped.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details.

Cancellation of Standard Products

Orders for standard eyewear products, sunglasses, frames, and accessories may be cancelled before shipment.

If the order has not been dispatched, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Prescription & Customized Products

Prescription eyeglasses and customized eyewear are made specifically according to customer requirements.

Therefore:

• Orders for prescription eyewear may only be cancelled before production begins.
• Once manufacturing or customization has started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
• No refund will be issued for customized or prescription products after production has commenced.

Shipped Orders

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy to determine whether the product qualifies for return or exchange after delivery.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

For eligible cancellations:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation approval.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Processing times may vary depending on banks and payment providers.

Daulat Optical reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

• Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, customers will be notified, and a full refund will be issued where applicable.
